Welcome to SEED Classroom!

Watch the video below to learn how SEED Classroom will help your school ensure students are safe and accounted for at every moment of the school day. moment of the school day.

Step 1: Log In

Use your school email and the temporary password provided in your onboarding email (in light green) to log in. This will bring you to the registration page where you can change your password.

If you did not receive this, please check your spam folder.

Step 2: Create Your Schedule

Click on the "Schedule" page, found on the menu on the left.

Then, using the drop-down, select the semester you wish to add classes to. Using the Green “Add New” button, begin creating your classes.

Enter the class name, day type, period, and room number. Feel free to also provide a brief description of your class. When you are done, click "Add Class."

Keep in Mind

Your school may have a rotating schedule with multiple “day types.” If this is the case, please click the + Add Day Type to add the class for each day type it occurs on.

For example, if you have 6 different “day types” in your schedule, you may teach the same group of students on days 1, 3, and 5. In this case, you would add your class for all three of those days, and it would look similar to the image below.

The QR codes are scanned by students to indicate that they have arrived at a location. This will allow students to end their hall passes, and automate your attendance-taking process.

The QR Codes are associated with the room number. So while you may find that you have the option to print a lot of different QR codes, you will only need to print out one set for the room you teach in.

To print QR codes, go to the menu and select "Print QR Codes"

You will see a list of all of the classes on your schedule. You only need to print QR codes for the room you are teaching in. If you teach a class in another room, it is likely another teacher has already printed QR codes for that classroom.

Once you click on the print icon, you will download a PDF with 48 QR Codes. We recommend tapping a QR code on every desk in your classroom.

Step 4: Student Account Creation

Step A: Have the Students Scan your QR code

The scanning of the QR code will allow the students to create their account with SEED Classroom if they do not already have one.

Step B: Click "Sign up here"

Step 5: Have Students Register for Class
